Early Childhood Educator Training

Hero‑Aware Early Childhood Educator Training equips early learning professionals to better support children from military and first responder homes. Brief trainings and resource toolkits cover common stressors (shift work, deployments, critical incidents), strategies for easing separation anxiety and behavior challenges, and age-appropriate ways to talk about difficult events.

 

Trainings are available on‑site or virtually for childcare centers, preschools, in‑home providers, and community programs in the Temecula Valley and surrounding cities.
