Hero Kids Playgroups

Hero Kids Playgroups offer play-based, small-group sessions for children ages 0–5. Each gathering features play time, a short circle, a story about “hero work,” and simple tools for expressing feelings and handling transitions. Caregivers receive practical tips on co-regulation, separation anxiety, and behavior during high-stress seasons.

Playgroups are held regularly in the Temecula Valley and surrounding cities and are open to community families, with priority for hero families when space is limited.
